About this piece
The only piece in the range intended for the oven. Borosilicate glass, rated to an oven temperature of 180 °C and a temperature change of 120 °C. Those are the stated limits — outside them, the same rules apply as to any other glass.
Care and safety
- Oven safe to 180 °C. Not for the hob, the grill or a direct flame.
- Do not put a hot dish onto a cold or wet surface, and do not add cold liquid to a hot dish.
- Glass breaks. Discard the piece if the rim or base chips.
