These terms apply to every order placed through this shop. They are written for consumers buying from a Danish company, and Danish law applies.

What we sell
Coloured glass tableware and small decorative glass objects for domestic use: drinking glasses, jugs and carafes, bowls and plates, vases, candle holders and light objects, and small desk and table pieces. Everything sold here is glass. We do not sell ceramics or electrical lighting, and we do not sell lead crystal.
These are ordinary consumer household goods. They are not a restricted or regulated category, they are not age-restricted, and they carry no export restrictions beyond the ordinary customs rules of the destination country.
Every piece is published with its glass type, how its colour was made, its declaration of conformity reference under EU 1935/2004, its temperature limits and its provenance. See materials and safety and colour and light.
Prices
All prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% moms. Delivery is charged separately and shown in full before you confirm anything.
Where a struck-through price is shown, it is the genuine total of the individual pieces in that set at their own listed prices on this site. We do not show a struck-through price that was never charged.
Prices may change, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
Promotions
Where a promotion is offered, these conditions apply to it:
- Free delivery over DKK 600 — applies to delivery within Denmark only, on the order subtotal before delivery, after any discount is applied. It does not apply to other destinations.
- First-order codes — single use, one per customer and per household, cannot be combined with another code, and cannot be applied to an order already placed.
- Set pricing — a set is a one-off purchase at the price shown. The struck-through figure is the genuine sum of its parts at their individual listed prices.
- Email updates — free, optional, and you can unsubscribe from any message. This is not a paid membership.
There is no subscription, no membership tier, no stored balance and no points scheme anywhere in this shop. Everything is a one-off purchase.
Placing an order
Adding items to your bag is not an order. An order is placed when you complete the details step at checkout and then complete payment. Until payment is complete, nothing is charged and no contract exists.
We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address is outside the destinations we serve. If we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.
Payment
The available payment methods are shown at the payment step. Nothing is charged until you complete that step.
Card details are never entered on, transmitted to or stored by this shop. Payment is handled by the payment provider configured for this shop, under the PCI DSS standards that apply to them. This site is served over HTTPS throughout.
Delivery
We deliver to Denmark, to European Union member states, and to Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Iceland. Rates are DKK 49 within Denmark, DKK 89 within the European Union and DKK 149 to the rest of Europe.
Orders to destinations outside the European Union may attract import duty and local tax on arrival. Those are payable by you and are not included in the price shown here.
Times, packing and the damage claim process are on the delivery page.
Withdrawal and complaints
You have 14 days to withdraw from your order under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven), without giving a reason. See right of withdrawal, which includes the standard withdrawal form.
Separately, you have 2 years of statutory complaint rights (reklamationsret) under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven) for faults that were present at delivery. See right of complaint.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Using the site
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Studio About ApS. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
Orders may be placed by adults only. If you are under 18, ask an adult to order for you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Denmark. If we cannot resolve a problem between us, you can escalate it — the routes available to you, including the Danish consumer complaints board and the EU online dispute resolution platform, are set out on the complaints page.
