Complaints
Start with us. If we cannot fix it between us, there are independent bodies you can take it to, and this page tells you which and how.

First, tell us
Most problems are quicker to solve directly. Write to support@studioabout.shop or call +45 29471635 — Monday to Friday, 09:00–16:00 CET. Include your order reference and what went wrong.
We acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve it within five. If it will take longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.
Depending on the problem, the relevant route may already be set out for you: withdrawal, a fault, or transport damage.
The Danish consumer complaints board
If we cannot agree, you may complain to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Centre for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), and from there to the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet):
- Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark
- forbrug.dk/klagemuligheder
Complaints are submitted through the online complaint portal at minsag.forbrug.dk. A fee applies, and thresholds apply to the value of the goods — both are set out on their site. You must have complained to us first.
If you are outside Denmark
Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU can use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform, which routes your complaint to the appropriate national body:
- ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Give our email address when you file: support@studioabout.shop
The European Consumer Centre Denmark can also advise on cross-border purchases, free of charge.
Data protection complaints
Complaints about how we handle your personal data go to the Danish Data Protection Agency instead — see the privacy policy for their details.
Accessibility problems
If something on this site is unusable for you, that is a complaint we want to receive. See accessibility.
