About this piece
A solid faceted prism in amber glass on a 40 cm cord. This is the purest version of the whole idea: it has no function except to take sunlight and put a moving patch of amber on the opposite wall. Decorative only.
Care and safety
- For decoration only. Not intended for contact with food.
- Fix the cord to a fastening appropriate to the window frame. Solid glass on a failed hook is a hazard.
- Hang it clear of head height and out of reach of children.
- Focused sunlight through a solid prism can warm what it lands on. Do not hang it where the projected light falls on paper, fabric or anything flammable for long periods.
- Glass breaks. Discard the piece if it chips.
